2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases made directly from draltis.com. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy also apply. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under UK consumer law.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts our service, infringe intellectual property rights or use the website for an unlawful purpose.

4. Product information and cosmetic use

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly from images because of production updates, lighting and screen settings, provided that the product remains as described.

Dr.altis products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the label and on-pack directions. For acid and enzyme products, introduce use gradually, avoid broken, sensitised or freshly shaved skin, avoid contact with eyes, and use appropriate sun protection on exposed areas. Stop use if significant irritation occurs and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

Ingredient information may be updated. Always check the product packaging for the current ingredient list, warnings and directions before use.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean we accepted it. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders or suspected unauthorised resale. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it.

6. Prices, payment and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include taxes that we are required to charge unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other mandatory costs are shown before payment. You must provide complete and accurate billing and delivery information.

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability and end date. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct genuine pricing or promotional errors, but we will contact you before fulfilling an affected order.

7. Bundles and quantity offers

Bundle and multi-buy prices apply only to the stated combination and quantity. Any refund will reflect the amount paid for the goods lawfully returned. This does not limit statutory rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

8. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, returns, faulty goods and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information submitted through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, Dr.altis or the website.

10. Reviews, social content and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, your own or properly licensed, and does not infringe another person's rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it in connection with the website and Dr.altis marketing, subject to applicable law and any permissions presented when the content is collected.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant or infringes rights. We do not offer incentives for positive reviews and may identify incentivised content where required.

11. Intellectual property

The Dr.altis name, branding, product presentation, text, photographs, graphics and website content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The website is hosted on Shopify and may connect to payment providers, social platforms, tracking services and other third parties. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, but this does not affect responsibility that the law places on us.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update products, prices, content or website features. Changes to these terms apply from the date posted and do not reduce rights already acquired under an accepted order.

14. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses where you use products for commercial or resale purposes without our written agreement.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and contact you where your order is materially affected. Your right to cancel where the law allows is unaffected.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
